Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
  • Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code that will work for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The Latch app is required for use during your stay.

Property Access

  • This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building; an elevator is available onsite.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Children allowed.

  • Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
  • Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
  • GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
  • All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
  • Maximum number of guests: 8.
  • No pets allowed.

  • Air Mattress ($50 each - 1 per unit).
  • Pack & Play and Highchair: High chair amenity is available. Pack & Play rental is available by inquiry and is an add-on not included in your reservation.

Parking Information

  • Parking is provided by a first come, first served covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or if you have extra vehicles, there is ample first-come, first-serve street parking available.

  • Pool is open seasonally typically between the early spring months - the end of October from 10AM to 10PM at the discretion of the HOA.
  • This year the pool will be open on March 1st, 2025
  • Building amenities include: pool, gym, community grills, outdoor lounge areas, and rooftop escapes.
  • Kitchen amenities starter set includes: dishwashing tablet, dish soap, dish sponge, laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, paper towel rolls, trash bags, coffee bag, and coffee filters.
  • Bathroom amenities starter set includes: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, hand soap, makeup wipe, trash can liner, paper towel rolls per kitchen, and bathroom tissue per bathroom.
  • Additional starter items cannot be provided if requested.

Luggage Holding Service

  • Complimentary luggage holding service is available from Monday - Sunday | 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Subject to availability.
  • Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.
